Patrick Dailey is the President, CEO, and self-described Client Advocate of Capital Endurance Group. With over fifteen years in wealth management, he has managed client assets exceeding $178 million and held trading responsibility for over $400 million, specializing in strategies that minimize the effects of inflation and taxes on client portfolios. A Wisconsin native, Patrick has called the Greater Atlanta area home for over 25 years and lives in Milton with his wife Judy, sons Austin and Hudson, and Golden-doodle Ms. Moneypenny — and while he supports the Atlanta Falcons, he bleeds Green and Gold during the playoffs.

Paul M. Delaney – Wealth Advisor
Paul leads our Cary office, serving the greater Raleigh-Durham area with a focus on helping executives in the Research Triangle's Technology and Life Sciences industries invest more wisely, manage taxes effectively, and maximize executive compensation opportunities. With an MBA from Columbia University and over 15 years of experience in investing and research — including senior roles at Morgan Stanley and Piedmont Investment Advisors — he brings deep expertise to every client relationship. Paul lives in Apex, North Carolina with his wife and two sons, and his firsthand understanding of building a family's financial future drives his passion for helping clients make confident decisions.
Career Highlights
With an MBA from Columbia University, Paul has over 15 years of experience in investing and research. He began with Morgan Stanley in New York where he quickly rose to become the Mid-Cap Banks senior analyst. Moving to North Carolina, Paul was promoted to Senior Vice President at Piedmont Investment Advisors covering interest rate sensitive sectors, including: financial services, real estate investment trusts, and utilities. He was also a trusted adviser to the U.S. Department of the Treasury regarding the valuation of Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) investment securities and recapitalizations of distressed banks.
Paul joined Capital Endurance Group because he wants to make a positive impact on people’s lives, by tuning out the noise of the financial media and bringing instead what works in investing directly to individuals and their families. He enjoys the art of BBQ, fishing with his boys, and doesn’t sail nearly as much as he would like.

Jennifer A. Fazio - Client Operations Manager
With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Jennifer is dedicated to helping her clients navigate their financial futures with care and confidence. She believes the best plans are built on trust, strong relationships, and a genuine understanding of what matters most to the people she serves. Jennifer lives in Cumming, Georgia with her husband David and their youngest daughter. A proud mom of four, her twins are currently away at college, and her oldest daughter resides in Charleston with Jennifer's two grandsons.

Jennifer completed a Computer Science degree from DeVry University while working full time and being a full-time mom and wife – no small feat. She has always committed that same drive and excellence to her team and their clients. Jennifer is dedicated to the client families of Capital Endurance Group and has been serving them together with Patrick since 2008.
